Create new invitations quickly and easily in your account, select the appropriate rights and, if necessary, add an internal comment to make it easier to understand. Your desired customer with an active OTTO Market account can then link up with you.

In the overview, you can see open, rejected and still open invitations so that you can discuss everything necessary for a successful connection with your customers.

Switch to partner accounts

In the overview function of the manager account, you can view all linked accounts at a glance, the rights you have as an agency in handling the account and when the connection was established.

From here, you can easily jump into an account, carry out the necessary activities and return to the overview to set up the next switch.

Register and you're ready to go:

1. Register and accept terms & conditions: It all starts with registering as a service partner. All we need is your contact and company details. After assigning a password, you can get started. Once your account has been activated, you can conveniently request the necessary (agency) authorizations in the portal. Once you have requested the agency authorization, you will receive a form from us which will enable us to better understand you and your service and to qualify you as an account with us.
2. Assign rights and get to know functions: After receiving your further details and a check on our side, we will give you authorization for the Manager Account. Next, all you have to do is assign the right to the relevant users on your site in the user administration and you can start working in the Manager Account.

First familiarize yourself with the functions and create your first invitations!
3. Establish initial connection and perform account switch: Now it's time to link your first customer with an active OTTO Market partner account to your service provider account. All the partner has to do is receive the invitation link from you, click on it and confirm the necessary authorizations. You can then view the active connection in the overview.

With an active connection, you can now change the view at any time and perform the account switch to the partner account.
4. Grow together and be marketed as a service partner on otto.market: With the first successful connection, you can now gain experience and of course add more customers. You can contact our support team at any time if you have any questions.
