For service partners who meet the following criteria, registration in the service partner program and use of the developer functionalities is mandatory:

Public marketing of marketplace integrations
Marketplace integrations as a standard solution
Benefit from personal support, direct information on updates, access to the portal and OTTO Market help offers as well as joint exploitation of potential.
Service partners who meet the following criteria can choose whether they want to take advantage of the service partner program and register as a service partner:
Development of individual solutions for retailers
Marketplace integrations not a core business
The first step is to register as a service partner. We only need your contact and company information. After setting your password, you can get started right away, once a review has been completed on our side and your account has been approved.
After your account has been approved, you will receive an automatic confirmation email as well as a separate email containing the requirements for accessing the sandbox.
Once we have received the completed self-disclosure and the sandbox request, we will review the data as quickly as possible and confirm your access.
Please note that we will offboard your account four weeks after receiving this email if we have not received the required information by then.
As soon as the self-disclosure form has been completed and confirmed by us, you can begin implementing the desired functionalities. During the development phase, you will have full access to the sandbox environment and can thoroughly test all relevant processes.
Throughout the integration, we will stay in close contact with you to jointly build a robust and scalable partnership.

If you are satisfied with the development and testing, you can request the go-live as well as access to “Private Production Apps.” You will receive all further information about the process directly from us.
During this phase, we also ask you to complete our data security questionnaire, which allows us to make an initial assessment of how your software is developed securely.
After successful review and approval, you can create your private app and connect the first three partners in the live environment.
With the permission “Private Production Apps,” you can create a private OTTO Market app and connect up to three partners to test whether your integration works.
Private access is initially limited to three partners. Feel free to contact us if you would like to expand your access and connect additional partners via private access.
If you would like to connect an unlimited number of partners and offer your service publicly after reaching the limit for the Private App, please request the permission “Public Production Apps.” We will then inform you about all further steps.
Please note that a renewed review of your solution by our team is required for public access.
